Large room in Eynesbury townhouse - own bathroom

Large room in modern Eynesbury townhouse. Room measures 14' x 10'. Furnished with double ottoman bed, wardrobe, drawers, bedside table, and wall mounted TV.

Bathroom right next to the bedroom, with shower over bath. This isn't currently used by anyone, but could be very rarely, if a shower is being fixed, or one of us wants a bath, for example.

The room is on the first floor, along with one other ensuite bedroom which is occupied by a lodger who is very easy to live with. My partner and I live on the second floor - we have an ensuite room and our own living room. The living room downstairs was never used by anybody so the dog has claimed the sofa 😂 but you could use the living room if you want.

Well equipped kitchen diner with tumble dryer. Downstairs wc. All bills and WiFi included.

Walking distance to Tesco, and lovely walks just a couple of minutes from the house. 25 minutes walk to Riverside Park or town centre. Lovely garden with seating and sun loungers. It's a quiet neighbourhood.

We have a 6 year old rescue dog who can take a little time to warm to new people. He is reactive to other dogs and cats so unfortunately we can't have any other pets here. Female preferred because he is better with women. You need to be confident around dogs but he spends most of his time on the top floor with us or sleeping on the sofa downstairs.

Secure parking space in gated car park.

Smokers are okay but tobacco smokers outside only please. We keep the house in lovely condition and any repairs are actioned immediately. We are looking for someone clean and tidy.
