Bills, council tax & Wifi included, for this Monday to Friday let
Shared areas are bathroom (bath, toilet & shower), living room, kitchen, conservatory & garden/patio.
Facilities are gas oven & hob, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher & your own kitchen cupboards and fridge & freezer.
It's a really quiet area right by a nice park. There's street parking. 1.5 miles away from St Neots train station and 15 mins walk into town.
I will provide a proper contract.
I'm friendly, enjoy food, watching films & gardening. Happy with someone keeping to themselves, being social or working shifts.
Outside smokers or vapers considered.
