Double Room available

Hi,

I live in this property and am currently looking for a friendly roommate to rent out my second room.
There is a good living/kitchen space and will have a shared bathroom between us, but it’s unlikely there will be space issues.
I am wanting to share with someone tidy, friendly and who is happy to just get along.

The room itself can include a double bed and some furniture. Or a single bed, and then more room for further furnishings.
Please note that the room will come unfurnished.

St Neots is a super convenient location for links to Huntingdon, Peterborough, London etc.

This cost includes all utilities costs.
The WiFi has good connection/speeds.
