Spacious room in a new house

Hello! I'm looking for a flatmate - together we would have a household of 2. I'm open to short and long term contracts. There's a nice garden, street parking, 2 friendly cats, modern kitchen, one bathroom and a WC, plus living room.

I'm 10 min drive or less than 20 min bike ride from Arm and Science Park. Just 10 min cycling to Cambridge North Station.
The house is the new Marleigh development, a very nice neighbourhood, surrounded by nature and sided by newmarket park & ride.

The rent is 900 and bills are 300, including a cleaner every 2 weeks and high speed Internet.
Non smokers, preference for cats enthusiasts!

I'm a biologist working in pharma industry, I have a couple of board games at home and like to have friends over from time to time.
