Room Available in Furnished Sunny Flat

Hello! My name's Amelia. I'm a queer, quiet, professional working in education. I enjoy board games, painting, card games, TTRPGs, and playing guitar (with headphones available for the amp to keep noise down).

My current friend and flatmate is moving out to live with family. I have a single unfurnished room available in an otherwise furnished flat from September. Shared bathroom and kitchen, spacious and cosy living room, sunny conservatory and private garden with options for bike storage.

It's a 5 minute bike ride, or 20 minute walk through the meadows to Cambridge North station, and regular bus routes connect the neighbourhood to the rest of the city. Neighbours are quiet. If you drive, there's ample free parking and we're just a few minutes from access to the A14.

I'm not particularly social during the week, usually being very tired after work. I'm looking for someone similar, who appreciates their home being a calm, clean space within which to relax and recuperate.
