Single Room for rent

Our housemate is moving out so we need a new one. We would prefer to live with a male to keep a good balance in the house as at the moment there are two women. We are independent professionals looking for a genuine person to join our home.

We both work 9-5 jobs on weekdays, we don't mind the shift pattern of our third housemate as we have been used to the third person being on night shifts.

The room is quite small, you can fit a double bed in it though. We have a cupboard upstairs next to the room that acts as a wardrobe, a cupboard under the stairs and we can get more furniture for downstairs if more space is needed.

The rent includes the bills which I manage as we all pay the rent to belvoir together.

If you want to see the house let me know, we already have furniture but we love to change things around so if you are interested we can talk about the layout of the house.

We do have a garden, I maintain it (most of the time) we have a nice decking and a shed for storing bikes as well as a patio area.
