Furnished double room in a quiet village near to Peterborough.

The room includes; a double bed with linen, duvet and pillows, a wardrobe, a chest of four drawers, a mirror, a flat screen television and two bed side tables with three drawers.

The house is shared with myself, my other half when she's not at her place and my 11 year old Son, every other weekend. I work 12hr shifts, mostly during the day.

Shared areas include the kitchen-diner where you will have your own cupboard and use of the fridge, freezer and all other appliances as well as the cutlery, crockery and cookwear, the lounge with electric fire and large flat screen television, the garden with two patio areas and shed, the downstairs WC and the upstairs WC with shower-over-bath. The conservatory doubles as a gym with weights, a bench, a spin bike and a Maxiglider 360. There is off-road parking at the rear of and on-street parking immediately outside of the property.

All bills and WiFi are included. As this is a rental property you would have to be included in the tenancy agreement so some vetting may be required from the letting agent.

Folksworth is a quaint village next to Stilton and just off of Junction 16 of the A1M. It has great links to other roads such as the A47, A605 and A14. The nearest railway station is a 15 minute drive away in Peterborough.

I'm looking for a professional person who is mature, polite and clean. I'm a non-smoker so if you do smoke, it'll have to be outside. No pets are allowed.
