The property is in a beautiful, peaceful village called Foxton. Foxton’s convenient location with easy access to Cambridge is highly sought after. You get the best of both worlds, close proximity to the city and countryside walks on your doorstep.

Foxton train station is 15mins walk away/ 5mins on bike. The train takes 11mins to reach Cambridge. It’s also ideal if you want to travel to London which is 1hr 15mins away by train and stops at King’s Cross station.

The bus service is just by the property and travels to Cambridge or Royston.

Foxton has a village shop, a pub and a park. There are two beautiful countryside walks, one is just across the road, I would be happy to show you both. The GP surgery is in Harston, a bus ride away or a 15min cycle.

I have a tortoiseshell cat called Phoenix, she’s very friendly, so you must be okay to live with cats.

I’m looking for a friendly flatmate, ideally someone who’s creative and easy going. Female is preferred as it’s just me and my cat. I work part time but I’m also an artist and spend time painting in the lounge which is my makeshift studio.

The lounge is very large in a L shape, half is dedicated to relaxing in front of the TV, comfy sofa and two lounge chairs. I have a PS5 you’re welcome to use, I enjoy gaming in my free time. There’s two large bookcases with books you’re welcome to borrow. There are two desks with space for us both.

The kitchen is compact but has everything you need, a great washing machine, dishwasher and large fridge freezer. It backs onto the garden.

The garden is lovely and private. The previous owner was a keen gardener so in the summer there are plenty of beautiful flowers that spring up and a large tree for shade.

The bathroom is bright and has a cabinet for you to store your toiletries.
