Small or large room to rent in Foxton, CB22

Hi there. I'm starting a new job soon that requires me to travel up to Durham a lot, so I'm looking for a responsible lodger to share the house with, and is comfortable with having the house to themselves on some weeks. I'm very friendly, respectful and don't smoke or have pets.

The house is a quaint cottage in Foxton, which is under 5 mins walk to Foxton Station. It is direct to (4 min train ride) Cambridge South Station (bio-medical campus), direct to (9 mins ride) Cambridge Station, or direct to (1hr ride) London Kings Cross. Foxton is picturesque, relaxing, and safe, with a pub, village shop, post office, and recreational ground.

The 2-bed house has been lovingly renovated over the last 4 years and so is very clean, welcoming and cottage-like in style. It boasts a front and back garden, living room, kitchen, bathroom, and porch.

For single occupancy, I am open to renting either of the bedrooms - The larger of the rooms is £750pm and the smaller is £700pm. I am also open to a couple for a slightly higher price.

Available now and at least up to Jan 2027. From Jan I will decide whether to continue with a lodger or let the house fully. It will depend on the person.
