One large double bedroom on the edge of a village location. 5 minute walk to village bus stop. 5 miles by car to Wisbech., 30 minutes to Kings Lynn.
The ground floor large double bedroom comes fully furnished, including ensuite with walk-in shower, underfloor heating, desk, chair and TV. Bedding and towels can be provided if required.
I have a friendly spanish water dog and two cats.
You will have sole use of a snug room with sofa and TV. The large kitchen has a range cooker. You will have use of a fridge, as well as cupboard space. Use of washing machine.
The prospective lodger should be professional and fit into a relaxed friendly home. I am ideally looking to let the room on a Monday to Friday basis, but weekends would be considered on an adhoc basis at an additional £50 per weekend.
House cleaning is included, but you will need to keep your bedroom and ensuite clean and tidy.
