I advertise a house to share; the kitchen is a reasonable size with high dinner table with all the amenities, dishwasher, oven/ Grill, washer/dryer, etc.
The house is modern-style, built in 2012 and it has got a small garden.
The room available got a new bed with fitting wardrobe, you got your own bathroom.
there is a share living room space, downstair toilet and share store room.
the rent include all the bills, included internet. Plus Netflix even. the house is more than bigger enough for two persons.

I am a professional who works at Health Care system, I am easy going and sociable. But I respect people's own space as well. For commodity in regards to daily living, I rather share with female housemates
