“Furnished annex in Fulbourn, with own bathroom (including shower) and little kitchen space. Really great landlord, who is living in the main house attached to the annex, but there is separate access. Furniture includes a tv, single bed, large chest of drawers, desk+chair and a 2-seater sofa, which can be folded out into a double bed for guests. Kitchen has a fridge (with small freezer compartment), microwave and 2 hob rings. Wifi and all bills are included. Also, I have an arrangement with the landlord that I can have access to his washing machine. I will be very sad to leave this little home, as it is in a lovely village, which is easily commutable to Cambridge. There is a Coop and a couple of local takeaway restaurants in the village and also a large Tesco near by. Please contact me for pictures and/or a viewing.”
