Looking for a professional female tenant, to share upstairs bathroom and kitchen with adjoining dining/living room, with joint responsibility for the house and garden for most of the year. The room will be vacated because one of our tenants is buying her own house. The second tenant is a young English schoolteacher. We have retired to Denmark, joining children and grandchildren, but return frequently to Cambridge to ensure the happy and efficient care of the property. We have worked in a great number of developing countries, but our house in Cambridge has been our base for more than 50 years.
