Hello! I am looking for a friendly new housemate as my previous housemate has recently moved away for work.
My previous housemate and I used to enjoy socialising together including sharing the cooking and baking and I am now looking for someone like-minded. I enjoy playing sports including hockey and cricket but also enjoy a quiet night in with a film and a hot chocolate or maybe wine!
The room is a big unfurnished ensuite double available from 1st March in a 3 bed semi-detached house. The house has a lovely garden and patio ideal for summer BBQs. There is also off road parking, safe bike storage, communal living and dining rooms and a large shared bathroom. Bills are included in the rent.
It's a 15 minute cycle into the centre of town or the bus stops right at the end of our street, which takes 10 minutes.
