Double Ensuite Room with private entrance

"The Studio" is our downstairs double bedroom and is part of our main house but accessible from a separate external door so you have privacy. There is an ensuite bathroom with shower. No kitchen, but there are tea making facilities and a mini fridge cooler, like a hotel room. Outside there is a small space with table and 2 chairs and off road parking.
We have fibre broadband. The room has storage space for clothes and a dedicated desk space.

We are a family of 4 and are quiet during the week. We have 2 cats but they would not come into your space.

We finished building our house 2 years ago so everything is new and clean. Bills for water/electric/Fibre broadband are included. There is no access to the rest of the house - it's a room only let.

The house is in a village with no public transport so you will need a car or bicycle. We are around 7 miles from Cambridge and close to Addenbrookes, and various business parks/medical campus.
