Beautiful room in cozy cottage with ensuite, study/dressing room and walk in wardrobe.

The room is in a house share with one other female (me!). Huge kitchen, all white goods included and comfortable living room. There is a small outside courtyard and storage room for bikes.

The house would suite a professional (preferably veggie....although not essential) male or female who is looking for a home in Cambridge. Lease for 6 months or a year. Approx £700 all in (rent, water, gas, electric, internet), £225 for referencing/contract and deposit negotiable.

The room is part furnished, you would need a bed although I may be able to source one...

Available from January- mid February.
