Flat share in Great Shelford

I have an en-suite double room with available from 1st October. This is a comfortable 2 bedroom fairly modern 1st floor flat, all electric with underfloor heating - no gas. Large Living room & kitchen shared. Rent includes agreed electricity usage - if you want more heating then your share would increase on an equitable basis (smart metering).
I normally work at home online, but may be away frequently. You would have the larger en-suite bedroom I would use the family bathroom when am there.
This would suit a professional or post grad wanting a quiet place to live an easy bike ride from Cambridge, park & ride and bikeway nearby, bus route outside, 15 minute walk to Shelford Station.
There is a bike shed outside.
This includes an allocated parking space.
Happy to discuss appropriate arrangements with the right person.
My main concern is to have a trusted flat sharer because I may be away for long periods.
