A 2 month, all bills included oppurtunity for someone perhaps coming to the city needing a relaxing, well placed base from which to find a more permanat residence.
A large ground floor studio style room, with double doors to lovely unoverlooked, south facing garden.
A peaceful house so more suited to someone looking for somewhere to relax after work.
A short term let so suitable if anyone needs a stepping.
There may be a possibility to extend, but for now the term is for 2 months.
Its a bright space with a sitting area in it.
The house has a large kitchen and further sitting space, washing machine etc. We take it in turns to clean so the space is welcoming tidy and friendly.
Its at back of house so quite private, bathroom is right next door to it.
I own and live in the property with one other lovely female lodger.
There are 2 wonderful friendly cats!
The no 7 bus runs from the bottom of the road direct to Addenbrookes (Addenbrookes is 5 mins away) and the City (couple miles away) and there is also a train station in the village to Cambridge and London.
Please note its not suitble for those that work from home, or undertake shift work.
And as a stepping stone arrangement, its also not suitable for anyone who would like partners or friends to stay.
Its in a sort after area between Trumpington and Great Shelford on a no through road with parking.
