Description
The house is large and well kept with a homely feel and large shared spaces including a garden. It is a 10minute cycle to the Addenbrooke’s site, less than 30min cycle to central Cambridge and 2 minutes to local shops.
The room is a downstairs double with under-bed storage, large wardrobe and desk. Bedding can be provided upon request and the new house mate is welcome to add additional furnishings to suit their needs.
The other housemates are two female young professionals (not a couple). We are very friendly and love to socialise but are not interested in wild parties.
We welcome phd students or young professionals of any gender but not couples. New housemates are expected to be tidy and do their share of the communal cleaning.
Bills (WiFi, water, gas, electricity, TV licence, council tax) are included. Free on street parking is available.
