Large rear garden with patio and secure bike storage in shed.

All bills (council tax, utilities and fibre broad-band) included.

House is ex-family, and all prospective lodgers will be vetted. It would suit a female, mature medic or other professional.

Logistics:
Shelford is a thriving local village with good shops, winebar and an excellent deli.
House is 5 minutes walk from rail station. Bus stop for Cambridge is immediately outside.
Addenbrookes is 15 mins by bike
