Currently sole use of bathroom with bath, shower, wc.
Shared use of lounge (incl TV) and kitchen (with all usual facilities).
Large front garden with parking for several cars.
Large rear garden with patio and secure bike storage in shed.

All bills (council tax, utilities and fibre broad-band) included.

House is ex-family, and all prospective tenants will be vetted. It would suit a mature medic.

Logistics:
Shelford is a thriving local village with good shops, winebar and an excellent deli.
House is 5 minutes from station. Bus stop for Cambridge is immediately outside.
Addenbrookes is 15 mins by bike
