Seeking housemate for lovely Shelford house with off-road parking within walking distance of Shelford station and close to Addenbrookes/Cambridge town centre. The house is fully furnished and also has a spare single room for guests. The double room is sunny and double glazed with newly stripped wooden floor, a new bed and mattress (bedding available), new furniture including wardrobe, chest of drawers, shelves, bedside tables and wicker chair. I work from home and occasionally travel as well as spending most of the summer working abroad. I have a dog and a cat so house sharer must love animals! The house is fully furnished with a downstairs loo and separate bathroom. Rent does not include bills which will be split - to include wifi and Sky. Estimated total cost around £500 pcm. Lovely garden backing onto fields with railway line in the distance - feels like being in the countryside. Minutes from Shelford village with many amenities and from Grantchester. Would suit a fellow female (preferably) professional or perhaps a couple working in town, at the University, Addenbrookes or even London. Weekday-only renters also suitable due to low rent. There is a small fee for adding new tenant to tenancy agreement. I will be able to interview prospective sharers from 22-23 Sept but am happy to correspond / talk by phone beforehand as am currently away on a business project.
