Furnished double room in the quiet countryside

My home has been labelled a great place to entertain but also it's a relaxing refuge. A furnished double room available in quiet village, 5 minute drive from town centre, 30 minutes from Cambridge. The bedroom is downstairs. Shared bathroom, living area, garden. I am looking for a professional person who is easy going. Non smokers only. Couples welcome. I work from home so need someone respectful of this. I spend a lot of time out in the evenings. There is a large garden with a bar and entertaining space along with beautiful countryside views. There is also a pool table and hot tub available.
Cost for couples will be slightly higher in line with the additional usage of utilities.
My kids stay with me every other weekend and every Wednesday.
