Small Double with another room included

I have a small double, enough room for a double bed and a couple of other bits, it has a small built in wardrobe. Also deal comes with another room about the same size, it has a big sofas in it so perfect for chilling out , watching tv, or storage.

I am chris and at the time there will be another tenant, Dale.
i work from home and he is often at work or out, is very laid back house.

It is in Hail Weston which is a very pretty quiet village just outside St Neots

House is a detached 4 bed with a nice garden and patio, parking out front and fast broadband

Im lookig for a long term tenant who is reasonably sociable and easy to live with.
The living room is shared and so is the conservatory
