Double room in a 2 bedroom house :)

I'm leaving my double room by the end of October and I'm looking for someone to replace me!

We can be flexible about the moving date.

The property is in Hardwick. The house is really big and bright, with lots of natural light and a huge beautiful garden, perfect for barbecues, yoga, reading...

There are two bathrooms in the property. There are two doubles and one single bedroom, which I am currently using as an office for remote working. The bedroom comes furnished and has a built in wardrobe.

The house is about 5 minute walk to the bust stop. Bus takes around 25 minutes to Cambridge central. There is parking available for 2 cars and a garage that we are currently using as a storage room. There's plenty of room to store things in the house.

The area is lovely and quiet. I love going out for runs and within 10 minutes you're in the middle of the fields. I love it because it's walking distance to the nature and just a few minutes drive from the city center!

Cambridge is just 10-15 minute drive and there's almost no traffic in these roads! Biking should take around 30 minutes.

My housemate has 2 lovely small dogs so you wouldn't feel alone :)
She is a researcher at University and enjoys cooking, specially baking... Trust me, her food is amazing! She's clean, respectful and quiet but enjoys socialising as well.

I'm only leaving because I'm relocating, but I absolutely love this house and the area.
