Single room to let

I have a large single room to let in a 4 bedroom house in Hardwick Cambridge. I live with my son who is 19 and he is usually at home Monday to Friday In the evenings. I am flexible in the type of let provided. Monday to Friday (If the person doesn't like cooking, I can provide an evening meal). The other alternative is 7 days a week, depending on the person and how long they require a room. There is another single room available that could be converted into a study. I wouldn't charge extra for that room as it's available and if the person needs a study, it will be a bonus for them. I also have a delightful cat.
