Friendly small professional house share ( 3 total), in a beautiful and peaceful , but multi convenient location just south of Cambridge.

Harston is about 20 mins drive into the centre - or one stop on the train from Foxton ( and you can take a bicycle on board :))

Very convenient for Addenbrookes, a previous tenant cycled to work there, also Melbourne Science Park ( 10 mins drive ), Abington and Great Chesterford Science parks.

London is 1hr 15mins on the train from nearby Foxton avoiding Cambridge station traffic, and easy access to the A10 and M11.

Waitrose is nearby, and village shops in Haslingfield and in Harston a short walk away.

It is a charming end terrace house bordering from front to back a beautiful field with open sky above it and will have some sheep in it soon :)

Super big pantry off the kitchen and a large fridge/ freezer.

There is a great locked postbox in front for parcel deliveries and post, a bike shelter in the back and a lovely garden.

Spacious bright bathroom on the ground floor with individual storage drawers.

You would be sharing this homely house with 2 friendly, considerate, clean & tidy housemates;

Lucy is 25, works in IT, plays horn in a brass band, is, super friendly and outgoing with a busy life.

Callum is 29, has an interesting and varied job with Sudexo in Royston, enjoys gaming, music, and nature.

I am an Artist who lives part of the year in a large Annexe behind the house further down the long garden adjacent to the field.

I am friendly and easy going, and always take care of any problems in the house straight away no matter where I am, with dedicated tradespeople to hand.

The bright spacious bathroom with individual storage drawers is on the ground floor - which
works fine.

The kitchen is fully equipped, decorated with lovely Italian tiles and a large old fashioned adorable pantry. :)
It has a Santorini type feel, again with a view, and you can eat at the table in there or at the dining table by the window in the lounge.

9k washing machine, very large fridge freezer, and fast internet.
