5 mins from Foxton Station ( no traffic) either for the one stop to Cambridge or the 1hr train to London.

Convenient for Melbourne Science Park ( 10 mins drive ), Abington and Great Chesterford Science parks.

Cambridge centre ( 17 mins)

You would be sharing this charming house, with 2 very friendly and considerate guys age 29 and 30, so a female for gender balance would be ideal, but by no means essential.

Oliver is 29, a biologist working as a research assistant in the lab of Molecular Biology at the Addenbrookes site.
He enjoys exotic plants, drawing, kayaking, fishing and baking.

Sam is 30, and is originally from South Africa and works for an Artisanal Brewing company nearby and enjoys making the best craft beer he can and his event work.

Both guys are very friendly, clean and tidy, intelligent, respectful and considerate human beings.

I am an Artist living part of the year in a separate house which is located about midway down the very long garden adjacent to the field next door.

You have your own whole garden to relax in with views of the field and a bicycle shelter.

I am very friendly and easy going, and always take care of any problems in the house straight away no matter where I am.

Easy commute to London (1hr) as the house is 5 mins drive to Foxton Station, 8 mins to Shepreth Station both running a good service to London.

Very easy access to the A10 and M11

The house has off road parking for 3 cars, there is a new cycle route to Cambridge, and buses from Harston.

Waitrose is nearby, and village shops in Haslingfield and Harston.

Built in the 1930’s, it is a characterful end terrace adjacent to a large field.

The spacious bathroom with individual deep storage drawers is on the ground floor.

The living room is dual aspect and opens out to the garden.
The kitchen is fully equipped, quite recently redecorated with lovely Italian tiles and an adorable pantry. :)
It has a Santorini type feel, again with a view, and you can eat at the table in there or at the dining table in the spacious lounge.

9k washing machine, very large fridge freezer, and fast internet.
