Fully furnished with a good sized IKEA wardrobe with sliding doors, storage room on top , a 120cm double bed with high legs for under bed storage, a fold out desk on lockable wheels with comfy fold out chair, and a bed side table with charge points.

Harston is about 20 mins drive into the centre of Cambridge, and 9 mins to Trumpington Park and Ride.
Huge front driveway for safe off road parking.

It is just one stop on the train from nearby Foxton Station, which is a 10 min cycle or 35 mins walk. ( 2 miles)
You can pop your bike on the train and then have it with you for Cambridge.

There is also a bus and a cycle route into Cambridge.

Very convenient for Addenbrookes, also Melbourne Science Park ( 10 mins drive ), Abington and Great Chesterford Science parks.

London is 1hr 15mins on the train from Foxton. Avoid central Cambridge traffic congestion with easy access to the A10 and M11 as well as the station.

Waitrose is nearby, and a village shop and post office in Harston a short walk away, as well as the GP surgery.

It is a charming end terrace house bordering from front to back a beautiful field with open sky above it and will have some sheep in it soon :)

The bright spacious bathroom with individual storage drawers is on the ground floor.
This works well as it is in a private separate area.

The kitchen is fully equipped, decorated with lovely Italian tiles and a large old fashioned charming pantry with good storage.

It has a Santorini type feel, again with a view, and you can eat at the table in there or in the lounge at the dining table by the window.

There is a great locked postbox in front for parcel deliveries and post, a bike shelter in the back, and a lovely garden next to the field that you can grow veggies in if you want.

You would be sharing this peaceful homely house with 2 friendly, considerate, clean & tidy housemates;

Lucy is 25, works in IT, plays horn in a brass band, likes sewing and craft, nature, and is super friendly and outgoing with a busy life.

Callum is 29, has an interesting and varied job with Sudexo in Royston, and enjoys gaming, music, and nature.

I am an Artist who lives part of the year in a large Annexe further down the long garden adjacent to the field.

I am friendly and easy going, and always take care of any problems in the house straight away no matter where I am, and have loyal dedicated tradespeople who always come very quickly to sort out any problems.
( This is unlike agents who have many properties to manage - I’ve heard tenant’s stories of previous places!)
