The flat is a new build (3 years old) with a patio and car parking. The area is quiet and safe with a shop directly across the road. Just off the A10 making the m11, trumpington and Cambridge all very easy access. The room is a large double furnished bedroom with en-suite bathroom and the flat as a whole is very light and bright. Remainder of flat is furnished.
I am a clean and tidy working professional and have lived in Cambridge all my life. I like sitting down with a glass of wine in the evening and chatting or watching a film but also like my own space and going to the gym and walks/running, socialising with friends and going to the pub.
