Histon - Friendly Room Let - M-F possibility

I have a furnished double room to let in the lovely village of Histon. My home is very spacious with a lovely garden.
There are 3 rooms in the property and I am currently looking to fill 1 of them.

I WFH. In the evenings I generally relax in front of the tv or I’m out and about meeting friends. It’s friendly here, relaxed & quiet. I’m not party person so the house is quiet in the evening generally and at the weekends I’m either away or out and about.

There is a lovely big garden, on street parking.

I am in the centre of the village with the bus stop right outside, shops within walking distance, the guided bus is nearby, Cambridge North and City Centre is a 15 min cycle. Everything is easily accessible by foot, bike, bus or car.

All bills included as well as WiFi.
