Double bedroom in friendly house

Currently, me and my housemates living here.

The room available is a double, it has a fitted wardrobe, bedside table, and chest of drawers. The normal stuff I think?

The house has one upstairs bathroom and one downstairs wet room.

Modern kitchen is all stocked up. We have pots and pans coming out of our ears.

Fully furnished house, as in its got sofas, table chairs, and a tv. The usual house stuff.

You are more than welcome to spend as much time as you like in any part of the house, you don’t need to just stay in your room if you don't want to

We have a detached garage and you are welcome to store bikes or any other stuff you don’t need in there.

Got a nice little garden, which gets a decent amount of sun in the summer. So excuses for a beer are never hard to find.

We are both sociable people, enjoy hanging out together, whether watching telly and having dinner or a pint down the pub.

Like to keep the place tidy but won’t bite your head off if you leave a plate out or something.

The house is down a quiet street and there is plenty of parking.

The guided busway is nearby with good links to st Ives, science park, Addenbrookes, and the city centre. As well as another bus stop a 1-minute walk away which will take you into town in about 15 minutes.

It's about a 10/15 min drive to Cambridge North station/science park and about 20/25 minutes to Cambridge central station.

Histon has more pubs and cafes than is necessary for a place of its size. Tescos and a coop along the high street. All within walking distance.
