A lovely fully furnished single room to let in delightful home shared with one other. Female sharer preferred. The room is fully furnished with single access to bathroom and full use of extremely well equipped kitchen and family areas (2 separate lounges) with wood burning stove in family room. Parking is in a lay-by opposite the house. Large family garden and patio with furniture for summer living. Must love animals as two friendly dogs live here and a cat! (But not upstairs) The house is very close to Citi8 bus stop and a short cycle/walk to the guided bus. Histon is just north of Cambridge - just 3 miles and extensive cycle lanes and paths for easy commuting. Histon is a lovely village with many amenities, shops, pubs and clubs for all.
