The room is fully furnished with single access to bathroom and full use of extremely well equipped kitchen and family areas with wood burning stove. Parking is in a lay-by opposite the house. Large family garden and patio and furniture for summer living. Must love animals as two friendly dogs live here and a cat! (But not upstairs) The house is very close to Citi8 bus stop and a short cycle/walk to the guided bus. Histon is just north of Cambridge - just 3 miles and extensive cycle lanes and paths for easy commuting. Histon is a lovely village with many amenities, shops, pubs and clubs for all.
