A large modern house with a fully equipped kitchen and comfortable shared spaces that have been recently refurbished. Large garden with outdoor seating and space on the driveway for one car. One friendly cat lives here.

Your room has a bed, storage cupboards, hanging rail, desk, chair and television. There is a shower room next door (but not ensuite). Direct access to the garden from your room. Picture shows sofa but this will be replaced with a bed. Duvet, pillow and bedding can be provided if required.

This is a relaxed family home so there may occasionally be some background noise from children when they are staying - best suited to someone happy in a friendly, lived-in environment rather than a very quiet household.
