Beautiful spacious houseshare close to Cambridge

Large two bed houseshare, with beautiful garden, close to gym, tesco and bus stops. 10min cycle to central Cambridge.

You will be sharing with me my two friendly senior cats who mostly enjoy being outside. I have house shared for many years with them, so keep them very tidy and the good thing is I will take care of all hoovering! I have furnished the communal areas with a sofa, dining table and chairs, kitchen appliances, while the washing machine and fridge are supplied by the landlord.

I am a 32 year old who works in book publishing in central Cambridge, I am in the office twice a week and also often go to stay with family in London where I am from. I am quite creative so you will find me drawing and making clay magnets or going on long country walks. I try to keep quite busy by seeing friends on day trips or in the pubs. But I do enjoy being able to have a glass of wine or dinner with my housemate too.

The house has lots of hidden storage, two large sheds, we would both have our own fridges and plenty of kitchen storage. The street has free parking.

I love the area, we are in the centre of Histon, home to lots of cute pubs, ponds, nearby nature reseves and farms, Tesco Express dentists and salons. The street is quiet with truly lovely helpful neighbours. The bus number 8 takes to you central Cambridge, while you can easily cycle in 15mins, or walk in 50. The number B bus takes you to Cambrudge North.

The garden is incredible and really large, often I have a fire in the garden or enjoy some reading.

For bills in the winter these come to £200, bit in the summer and part of spring thwse go down to £150. The property isanaged through an estate agent, but I am able to replace my hosuemate who is leaving emd of september.
