Hosts work early hours and request a considerate guest.
Two black well trained labradors live at the property overnight and at weekends.
Bedroom has 3ft single bed, chest of drawers and plenty of shelving / storage and a hanging unit. There is a desk and chair if/as needed. Bedroom at front of property but in a quiet residential street.
Kitchen has all usual appliances - washer / dryer. Hob and oven, microwave and air fryer. Dishwasher. Fridge / freezer. Guest has dedicated spaces to store food and shares basics like spices and dried herbs.
Guest welcome to share living spaces with hosts. There is a space in living room [if needed / desired] if the guest prefers not to work in bedroom.
Guests welcome to use the garden.
There is parking in the street. A bicycle can be locked in the garden or beside the house.
Histon is a busy village with pubs and restaurants, grocery shops and various other e. g. post office and hairdresser. The local school has a gym and swimming pool for public use.
