Bright Spacious Double Room: Mon- Fri Only

I am offering a large double room with comfortable bed, ample built-in wardrobe space, and armchair. My house is a mid-terrace, two up two down, with a galley kitchen and downstairs bathroom with shower, and a garden with patio. You will have access to the dining room as well as the bathroom and kitchen, and to the bike shed if necessary. The road is actually a footpath ( this makes the house wonderfully quiet!), so parking is in neighbouring streets: it is always possible to find a space no more than a minute's walk away. Histon offers easy access to the Science Park and Cambridge North railway station, both of which are a 15-minute largely off-road cycle away, or a 10-minute drive off-peak. It's a very well-served village, with supermarkets, a bank, a post office, Indian and Chinese restaurants, and several pubs.
I am looking for a Monday- Friday lodger only, and am happy to provide and launder bedlinen and towels. You would also have access to my washing machine. I have no TV licence, but would be prepared to negotiate this with someone who wanted to stay long-term if it was a deciding factor! Unlimited wi-fi and all bills are included. I am often at home during part of the day; I am usually about in the evenings, and occasionally have an early evening private singing pupil.
