Room Let in Histon nr to Cambridge Science Park

Our 3 bed house in the lovely village of Histon, is on the high street within walking distance of shops, pubs and bus stop across the road. Guided bus a short walk away. Perfect for Science Park and easy to get in to Cambridge by bus or bike.

Cost includes all bills & WIFI. The double room has a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers & shelving.

Room let only, must be mature, clean, non smoker, quiet thoughtful and keep shared areas neat and tiday. Use of kitchen and shared living area. We have a big garden and storage for a bike.

Mon-Fri would be considered at a lower cost.

Living with a couple. The house is chilled, very clean, today and would suit someone who is mindful of others and friendly.
