2 rooms available for short-term rent

We have two rooms available for a short-term rental period: April - July. Both rooms are furnished and the price is inclusive of all bills. The smaller room is £450 pcm, the larger room is £550 pcm.

The house is spacious, with plenty of room to work from home if that's what you do. There's a large kitchen / living room, two bathrooms, a big garden (with a veg patch) and space for bikes / cars if needs be. The house is a ten minute walk from Waterbeach train station, and there are plenty of shops / pubs nearby.

Currently living in the house is Ben (26, studying an MSc and working as a carpenter) and Keaton (27, a musician and working in IT). We're both into music, cooking and climbing and looking for sociable housemates who want to be friends and share this home for a short while. There are two rooms to fill, but one would be suitable for a couple if necessary. We have cats - so you'd need to be comfortable living with them also!
