'The Owl Box: self-contained private annex & garden' is a custom-fitted studio flat in Horseheath, nr. Linton, Haverhill. It has been refurbished from the ground up to be a cozy, completely private, stylish living space offering an en-suite with rain shower, and a bedroom and sitting area separated from the kitchen, dining and workspace areas by an open divider. There is a fenced private garden and entrance with an outdoor seating area, firepit and BBQ.

Tenants/guests will have sole use of the entire private guest suite/studio flat, garden and private entrance.

We have begun letting this airbnb for longer-term lets of 1-3 months offering discounts for longer stays. Please feel free to get in touch if you have any questions, or to arrange a virtual or in-person viewing. We also accept shorter stays of as little as a week, but longer stays will get significanly better discounts, which we are happy to consider on a case-by-case basis.

While the kitchen is very well-equipt, there is no washer/dryer, however, we are happy to offer a wash and dry laundry service for our longer terms guests, free of charge.

As an airbnb property, all bills and charges are inclusive of the price agreed, however the address cannot be used or registered as an official residency.
