The annex is in a quiet village location very close to the A14 between Thrapston and Huntingdon i. e. 10 miles west of the A1 Brampton Hut junction. Nearest towns Thrapston 6 miles / Huntingdon 11 miles. No public transport ie no buses serve the village so own transport is vital

Please note - the weekly rent includes all utility bills i. e. heating/light/wifi/water/council tax (£150pm) /TV licence

Adjacent to our house, this is a modern one bedroom (double bed) annex ; separate bath/shower room; open plan kitchen/living area. All usual living facilities EXCEPT a washing machine. We can do washing/drying by arrangement for a modest cost and loan our vacuum cleaner as required (not really enough room to store a vac).
There is also some limited storage capacity in the roof.

Access to garden; off street parking for 1 car

We pay for WiFi, utilities, council tax - No additional bills.

We prefer professional applicants.

Just so you know, we have a very friendly dog.
