Adjacent to our house, this is a modern one bedroom (double bed) annex ; separate bath/shower room; open plan kitchen/living area. All usual living facilities EXCEPT a washing machine. We can do washing/drying by arrangement for a modest cost and loan our vacuum cleaner as required (not really enough room to store a vac).
There is also some limited storage capacity in the roof.
Access to garden; off street parking for 1 car
We pay for WiFi, utilities, council tax - No additional bills.
We prefer professional applicants.
