The room is well furnished having bed with quality mattress and storage under, double wardrobe, chest of 5 draws, bedside table, computer desk and chair, TV stand and small filing cabinet and digital TV Ariel cabling. The house is close to Huntingdon town centre and the A1/A14. There is a private driveway available as well as ample off road parking. There is also a large storage shed available. The rent is £110. 00 per week including all bills and TV License, with the exception of Wirless Internet Access which is an additional £2. 00 per week if required. The house is a friendly professional house with all house mates getting on well. The house is a 2 minute drive to the A14 and A1, and has good public transport connections to surrounding areas. The house is close to the Ermine Business Park, Huntingdon Retail Park (LA Fitness, Cineworld, Tesco, Frankie & Benny’s etc.) and the hospital. Apologies but no under 21 years or DSS.
