I am also offering the room from Monday to Friday for £375pcm.

The bedroom is right next to the bathroom, just to make things easy for you.

You'll also have shared access to the lounge, dining room, kitchen, and good size garden.

PLEASE NOTE: As I rent this property there will be a fee of £50 for my lettings agent to add you to the tenancy.

There's enough room on the driveway to park a JCB. You're also welcome to use the garage.

I have Virgin Media in the property and [as a website designer] they've served me very well. So you'll have no trouble getting online.

The kitchen is small, but has a washing machine, cooker, microwave, and large fridge freezer. Also, plenty of cupboards.

Broadband, gas, electric, water, and council tax are all included in the price.

There's just me in the property, and Luna, my trusty sidekick.

A word of warning - Luna will explode with love when she sees you, but soon settles down. And despite her intimidating appearance, she's a real softie. So far we've had 22 visitors - and they've all lived to tell the tale.

Don't worry, you won't get roped into taking her for walks and feeding her - I work from home, so it's all covered.
