Double & Single Room

The Double Room:
The double room comes with a double bed with all-new duvets, bed linen, mattress & protector. The room comes with a large Tv with built-in apps like Netflix & Amazon etc. The room is also furnished with wardrobes, a chest of drawers, a small desk area for work/getting ready including mirrors.

The Single Room:
The single room comes with a single bed with all-new duvets, bed linen, mattress & protector. The room comes with a large Tv with built-in apps like Netflix & Amazon etc. The room has inbuilt wardrobe for space saving and a small bed side table.

There are two bathrooms and three W/C in total. An upstairs bathroom consisting of a shower, bath, sink, cupboards & toilet, a downstairs sink & toilet and the ensuite is used solely for the master bedroom.

There is a cleaner that comes once a fortnight to clean the communal areas including bathrooms so I look to ensure cleanliness for everyone.

The house has a large living room with plenty of seating, a new 65" TV and a full tv and internet package including sports/movies documentaries etc.

The kitchen has everything you should possibly need with a new dishwasher, washing machine, integrated fridge freezer and American-style fridge freezer. Plenty of shelving space for all.

There is a shed to put bikes or for anything needing to be stored. As well as adequate loft space if required.

The current occupant is in their 20s , female and is outgoing, fun and likes to enjoy her time when not working by socialising and going out.
