Furnished double room available

I have a furnished double room available to rent in a 3 bed house in the beautiful village of Offord Cluny.
I'm easy going and sociable and would like to find a housemate that is the same. I can offer shared use of the recently updated kitchen, washer/dryer etc, and bathroom. It's important that you're an animal lover, as I have 3 very friendly dogs (Labrador, a Springer and an elderly Lhasa Apso) as well as a cat. Although I have specified that I would prefer no more animals, If you have guinea pigs/rabbits that would be fine as I have a large garden that they could enjoy!
