Double room to rent in Hilton

Hi! We are renting out our spare double room in Hilton. The room is furnished with a double bed, mattress, wardrobe, desk, desk chair, and a bedside table. The price includes all bills (including a weekly cleaner) and we are ideally looking for a long-term tenant (though short-term lets considered).

The house is a bungalow and has 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, a large shared-living room, a good sized kitchen, a conservatory, a good sized garden with a patio, and some good sized sheds for storage of bikes etc. There is plenty of on road parking.

We are a couple with 3 dogs (a Terrier, Dalmatian, and German Shepard), so you MUST like dogs. We spend most of our time working, dog walking, or tending to the horses (we have 7 between us!).
