We are looking for working professionals to share this house in a quiet area of Brampton Huntingdon.

High speed Fibre Broadband with WIFI throughout the house and additional internet sockets in the rooms .

We have a single upstairs room available. This room has the use of a large shower room shared with just one other person.

BEDROOM
The room is fully furnished to a very high standard with ottoman storage bed, wardrobe, bedside table, desk and chair. There is a hard-wired Ethernet socket, USB charging point and TV Aerial sockets.

WEEKLY CLEANER
We also provide a weekly cleaner that cleans communal areas and the bathrooms, a window cleaner and gardener.

KITCHEN
Fantastic well equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and double oven and electric hob, 2 fridge/freezers, combi-microwave and dishwasher. Leading to a fully furnished communal living area with a TV.

Washing machine and tumble dryer are available and are free to use.

Garden area with patio and washing line. Also a shed with secure locking for bicycles.

All are fully tiled with showers and automatic extractor fans. We have 2 bathrooms for the 4 rooms without an ensuite (1 bathroom upstairs and 1 downstairs). This room has the use of the large shower room upstairs shared with just one other person.

Located in a residential area a short distance from the centre, close to the hospital and rail station. There are several take-away outlets, cash points, shops etc. Supermarket is a short distance away.
