Double room available in family home. Furnished, fitted wardrobe, TV, bedside table.
Use of kitchen, bathroom, W/C, washing machine and tumble dryer.
Two living areas. Lounge and conservatory both with TV and access to Netflix.
Would be living with me (female) and my husband who are going through a separation, our nearly 2yr old daughter and 2 cats.
A housemate must be accepting of our current situation and understand that once our separation is sorted and husband has vacated the property (approx 3/4 months) the lodging agreement will be reviewed.
We would be happy if you wanted to socialise with either of us in the evenings (we each separate into either of the living spaces) or if you wanted to keep to yourself.
Daughter sleeps through the night from around 18.30pm until around 6am so should not cause you any disturbance. However, if you are about in the evenings or weekends you may be targeted to play!!
Cats are friendly and again will not cause you any disturbance.
Would be nice if housemate shared common interests and was of a similar age range.
