Furnished double room available in large detached

Hi,

Good sized furnished double bedroom in a 5 year old house on Roman's Edge development in Godmanchester. The tenant will have a semi-private bathroom that is adjacent to the bedroom. I say semi-private as it is the only bathroom with a bath so I sometimes have a bath instead of a shower and when my son stays 3 nights a week the bath is used to bathe him.

Off road parking is available for 1 car on a shared driveway with the neighbouring property, there is also space on the road directly in front of the house.

I am used to having tenants from my more younger days but always had guys before, which are usually grubby. I want to try and steer clear of that if possible so looking for professional females only. I prefer the company of females too as conversation topics are more interesting than I get from men. I’m not into football or spectating sport in general which leaves little to talk about with guys. I also think the presence of a positive minded female would be a good influence for my son’s development through his younger years, but that’s not a requirement for tenancy 😂
