Double room, quiet area

I have up to two spare rooms available for rent; one is currently used as an office space, and the other is completely unused. The house has recently had a new floor installed to remove creaks and ceilings replastered, so everything is new but not furnished.

I am still finishing off some work on the house, and I'm always improving it, but I also work as an engineer, so progress is slow.
The area is quite quiet, but there are nice lakes, horse stables, and walks available. There are also buses that run to St Ives and Ely.

There is off-road parking available in front of the garage, and I will be converting the front garden for parking at some point.
