Single bedroom available in a 3 bed semi-detached house. Recently refurbished with new floors throughout, this bedroom is a cosy spot with a single bed, mini sofa and view over the back garden and some shelving/cupboard space.

The room would suit a quiet lodger that's happy with a cosy space and has a their own car to get around. The room includes bills and good internet, there is also off road parking available.

Ideally would like someone for 6 months minimum but would consider shorter if take care of the room.

Pets/smoking is allowed to an extent but want someone who is respectful and wont trash the house essentially.
