One small double - female preferred

Only serious applicants.

We have one room to fill (single occupancy, no couples) in our home for a female professional. The room comes with a queen size bed, single wardrobe and bedside drawers.

Council tax, water and internet included along with gas and electric (to a limit). There is also a cleaner once weekly for communal areas.

We are looking for someone that likes to socialise sometimes rather than be passing ships. We are friendly and welcoming 🙂

Initial contact would be for 3 months to ensure we are all happy and can then be extended.
