Big double bedroom with a good sized en-suite bathroom on the second floor of a beautiful 3-story 4-bedroom semi-detached town house in Brampton. Located in the gorgeous Brampton Park RAF development. Comes with a big shared living room, kitchen, and dining room. 2 other housemates, both male, both very friendly, and very neat, and tidy.

It's a south-facing bedroom so it's nice and bright, with a king size bed with very comfortable mattress. Loads of wardrobe storage space with a stack of sliding trays inside to keep everything organised. The en-suite has a toilet, a powerful shower, and two cabinets for storage. There's also a separate toilet on the ground floor.

The room is available immediately and I can be flexible with viewing as I work from home. All current housemates are lovely people and all get on very well. This is a very tidy and clean house so you'll need to be neat and tidy yourself - being messy won't be tolerated as it isn't fair on the rest of us so bear that in mind if you want to live here.

The current housemates are regularly out of the house so it's not busy.

I'm looking for a professional person who is neat and tidy, and can be trusted. Occasional guests are welcome but they are your responsibility - and please be mindful that you're sharing a house with others.

There's a driveway and plenty of parking on the street and it's a very quiet road in Brampton Park. Lovely area and the neighbours are all very friendly, too.
