It's a south-facing bedroom so it's nice and bright, with a king size bed with very comfortable mattress. Loads of wardrobe storage space with a stack of sliding trays inside to keep everything organised. The en-suite has a toilet, a powerful shower, and two cabinets for storage. There's also a separate toilet on the ground floor.

The room is available immediately and I can be flexible with viewing as I work from home. All current housemates are lovely people and all get on very well. This is a very tidy and clean house so you’ll need to be clean and tidy, too.

There's a driveway and plenty of parking on the street and it's a very quiet road in Brampton Park. Lovely area and the neighbours are all very friendly, too.
