The house has a good sized garden, garage and parking, as well as two boot/cloak rooms, a kitchen dining room, utility room, living room, downstairs toilet and upstairs bathroom.
I live in the house along with another housemate (21F) as well as my small dog. All bills are included in the rent (water, heating, electric, Wi-Fi and council tax).
The house is fully furnished but if you would prefer your own bedroom furniture just let me know.
